We have a 7-10 days Return Policy, which means you have 10 days time once after delivery of your item to request a return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You\u2019ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

When you request for the RETURN, customer has to bear the courier charges to send it to our address and the same charges will not be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(Please Note: We do not schedule any of the Return Pick Up or provide Return Label for any of the reason<\/strong> and will not be Refund the Return Courier Charges).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Damages and issues<\/strong>
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Exchanges\/ Replacement<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For Bangalore customer can walk in to the Outlet Store (Indies Clothing Family Store, Chickpet) for Exchange or Replacement if required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Refunds<\/h2><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will notify you once we\u2019ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you\u2019ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Late or missing refunds<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sale items<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Exchanges<\/h2><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@indiesclothing.com and send your item to: 4140 C\/8 Ankali Road, Sankeshwar – 591313.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gifts<\/h2><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you\u2019ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the item wasn\u2019t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shipping returns<\/h2><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
